The First GenAI Skills Pack
2023. generative AI had just touched the market, and every customer wanted GenAI skills at once. we gave sales and success a ready-made answer, built for every role
Bottom line
I orchestrated the company’s first GenAI Skills Pack: from a go-to-market ask to a curated, role-based product that sales and customer success could put in front of every customer.
I assessed 1,700+ GenAI courses against workforce trends and search data, designed paths for each role, and aligned content, marketing and services to launch it globally in five languages. It ran on the content mapping service I scaled, already used by 1,000+ customers.

Every customer asked at once
GenAI arrived overnight. Every L&D leader wanted a plan, and the catalog already held 1,700+ GenAI courses.
I’m trying to get 5,000 people ready for AI. But there are hundreds of courses and no one here to curate them. I feel like we’re already behind.
One size fit no one
A seller, an HR partner and a developer need very different things. Most customers had no curator to sort it out.
Sellers had nothing to hand over
Sales and customer success needed a ready answer for every account, not a catalog search and a custom map each time.
“What should our people take first?”— the question every customer asked
Here’s how we turned a flood into a product.
more GenAI courses → a ready-made pack any team could hand to any customer
